Program Manager

Program Manager – Client Services Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and organized Client Services Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on ensuring program consistency and client satisfaction through successful implementation and execution of assigned accounts. Responsibilities Lead Program Execution: Drive implementation and ongoing management of assigned programs to meet tactical goals and deadlines. Manage Client Onboarding: Facilitate cross‑functional implementation meetings to ensure a seamless transition for new clients. Drive Business Reviews: Prepare performance decks and lead discussions on program health, revenue, and client satisfaction to provide actionable insights. Ensure Operational Integration: Communicate client requirements and work instructions to internal teams to support execution and contractual compliance. Contractual Compliance: Understand and interpret client Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and create Statements of Work (SOWs) within internal systems. Qualifications 5 years of experience in account management and/or client services. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to create and manage detailed project plans. Proven problem‑solving skills and experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry‑standard certification. Travel: Approximately 15% of the time.
