A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning as soon as possible through June 11, 2027. This role involves working 35–40 hours per week on site at schools in the area, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate student and school needs. Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows will be considered, and supervision is offered for CFs and SLPAs.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, deliver services to a diverse caseload, and empower students to succeed academically and socially. Spanish-speaking abilities are valued, though not required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or pending Delaware SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows accepted
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations (K–12)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Spanish proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work on site and complete all pre-employment screenings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders for a K–12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Document services, progress, and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary consultations
• Provide supervision as needed for SLPAs or CFs
