We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a medical device organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a talent acquisition specialist who excels at managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring leaders. The role will focus on attracting high-caliber talent across corporate and engineering functions while maintaining an organized, high-quality hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify talent with experience in engineering, corporate, and leadership-level openings.

• Partner with hiring managers to define position needs, align on candidate profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions.

• Screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and present well-matched candidates based on experience and business fit.

• Manage candidate flow and hiring documentation within applicant tracking systems, including UKG Ready when applicable.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future-focused roles through proactive market outreach.

• Coordinate interviews, gather stakeholder feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout each stage of the process.

• Support executive-level searches by delivering a thorough and confidential recruitment experience.

• Demonstrated experience leading full cycle recruiting for clinical roles.

• Strong sourcing background with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels.

• Hands-on experience working with an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and candidate records.

• Familiarity with UKG Ready or comparable recruiting platforms used to support hiring operations.

• Proven success recruiting for engineering roles as well as broader corporate positions.

• Experience supporting executive recruiting with strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills.

• Ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers and balance multiple active searches at once.
