We are looking for an experienced PART-TIME Sr. Recruiter to join the team on a Contract basis. This position will lead end-to-end hiring efforts for a range of specialized and corporate openings, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and managing searches independently. The role is best suited for someone who can build candidate pipelines, drive hiring activity forward with limited support, and adapt to a fast-moving environment with varied talent needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and specialized positions, from intake discussions through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles by using direct sourcing strategies, market research, and passive candidate outreach.

• Manage requisitions across areas such as software development, senior-level technical positions, product compliance, marketing, and other business growth functions.

• Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and keep searches progressing despite shifting priorities.

• Oversee offer preparation and hiring execution, ensuring candidates move efficiently through each stage of the selection process.

• Operate independently in an environment with little to no administrative recruiting support while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through.

• Provide occasional recruiting assistance for manufacturing, operations, and engineering roles as business needs change.

• Support future hiring activity tied to business growth initiatives and newly added business units, including potential retail, delivery, and support staff recruitment needs.

• Use recruiting platforms and applicant tracking tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Paycom, to manage sourcing activity and candidate workflows.

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with a strong background in full-cycle corporate hiring.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as IT, engineering, marketing, and other corporate roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches effectively without dedicated coordination support.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, including platforms such as Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and moving searches forward in decentralized or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills with a consistent focus on candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
