About the Role

We're looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to keep our production equipment running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and working with advanced manufacturing equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

???? What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production, packaging, filling, and conveyor equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reliability
• Ensure equipment meets food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Complete maintenance work orders and maintenance documentation
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility projects
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sanitation teams
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, GMP, and food safety requirements

✅ What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, beverage production, or industrial environments
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree, trade certification, or apprenticeship training
• Experience in food, beverage, dairy, bakery, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards
• CMMS experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
