Overview: As a Classroom Teacher, you will lead a classroom of diverse learners, delivering engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with state and school-specific standards. Using data to inform your instruction, you’ll continuously adjust teaching methods to maximize student success. Full‑time Classroom Teacher Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Base Salary Sign‑On Bonus Retention Stipend Enrollment Incentive Stipend Employer 401K Match (2.5% of Base Salary) Total Possible Compensation Package: $57,187.50 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Prescription drug, and Vision Life insurance and Voluntary life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) – Vacation, Sick, Personal Franklin Academy is a Drug‑Free Workplace.
