This position offers anexciting opportunity to work on diverse construction initiatives,utilizing cutting-edge software tools and industry best practices tobring projects from conception to completion with precision andconfidence.Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project estimates by analyzing blueprints,schematics, and technical drawings using tools such as Bluebeam andConstruction estimating software- Prepare detailed bid proposals, ensuring accuracy in costcalculations for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsto gather project requirements and clarify scope of work- Manage project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or similar projectscheduling software to ensure timely completion of milestones- Oversee construction site activities to monitor progress, enforcesafety standards, and resolve on-site issues promptly- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately assessproject scope and resource needs- Track project costs and budgets diligently using HeavyBid or otherconstruction management software to maintain profitability- Facilitate contract negotiations and review contractual documents tomitigate risks and clarify obligations- Lead project meetings, coordinate team efforts, and communicateupdates effectively across all stakeholders- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, andquality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycleJoin us in shaping innovative construction projects that make a lastingimpact!
