Base Salary: $125,000 | Total Compensation Opportunity: $200,000+

RPS Imaging, a leading independent radiology imaging distributor and exclusive Samsung Healthcare Radiology distributor throughout the Great Lakes Region is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and grow our professional sales organization.

This is a hands-on sales leadership position for an individual who enjoys being in the field, working alongside and motivating our sales associates, developing and deepening customer relationships, creating opportunities, and personally helping close business. We are looking for a proven and passionate sales leader with drive to propel an already successful organization and help us reach the next level.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, motivate, coach and develop RPS Imaging's sales team to consistently achieve and exceed both equipment demonstration and revenue goals each quarter and annually.
• Spend significant time in the field (side by side) with sales associates, helping develop opportunities and close business to plan.
• Build and manage a strong, measurable sales pipeline across the Great Lakes Region.
• Establish sales strategies and accountability that drive consistent year-over-year growth.
• Personally participate in key customer meetings, presentations and major equipment opportunities.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with hospitals, IDNs, imaging centers, orthopedic practices, VA facilities and other healthcare organizations.
• Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
• Work closely with the President, COO, Samsung Sales Leadership and other strategic partners to execute the company's growth strategy.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Establish clear expectations, sales metrics and accountability throughout the sales organization.
• Help create a culture of collaboration, accountability, humility, curiosity, perseverance and selflessness.

• Significant experience in sales leadership and strategy development.
• Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting and sales execution.

• A demonstrated ability to build, coach and develop sales teams.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to develop strategy while remaining highly involved in day-to-day sales execution.
• A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• The ability to motivate people, create urgency and hold a sales team accountable for results.
• Experience selling complex capital equipment, healthcare technology or medical imaging is highly desirable.

Compensation & Opportunity

RPS Imaging offers a $125,000 base salary with a performance-based compensation opportunity of $200,000+ without an annual cap

The compensation plan is designed to reward sales growth, team performance and achievement of company goals, with significant upside for a Director who consistently delivers results.
