Office Administrator
HARTZELL MACHINE WORKS INC
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and communicating with management. You will need a working knowledge of QuickBooks . The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Job Duties Enter vendor bills and create purchase orders accurately in QuickBooks . Process daily job write-ups and track project costs. Match invoices with packing slips and receipts. Perform basic bookkeeping duties. Organize digital files and receipts. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position At least [1] year of experience using QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Sheets Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects #J-18808-Ljbffr HARTZELL MACHINE WORKS INC
