We are seeking a relationship‑driven Community Partnership Manager to help expand awareness of New Mom School through local healthcare providers, community partners, and referral relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves networking, relationship building, community engagement, and connecting families with valuable resources. Position Overview The Community Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and community partners that serve expecting and new families. This role focuses on outreach, referral development, event coordination, and community engagement to increase awareness of New Mom School within the local market. The ideal candidate is highly personable, self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable representing the brand both in the community and within professional healthcare settings. Schedule & Location Part‑time (approximately 10 hours per week) Flexible schedule Combination of remote work and local in‑person outreach Must be available to attend meetings, events, and partner visits as needed Must have reliable transportation for local travel Responsibilities Partnership Development Build and maintain relationships with OB/GYN offices, pediatricians, pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, doulas, mental health professionals, chiropractors, fitness studios, and other family‑focused businesses Conduct regular outreach to establish new referral partnerships Maintain consistent communication with existing partners Deliver marketing materials and educational resources to partner locations Represent New Mom School professionally within the local healthcare and parenting community Community Outreach Coordinate and attend local networking opportunities Support community events and partnership activations Organize and facilitate lunch‑and‑learn presentations Identify opportunities for collaborative workshops, events, and educational programming Serve as a local ambassador for the New Mom School brand Event Support Assist with planning and execution of studio events when needed Coordinate partner participation in community and studio events Help recruit and manage visiting experts and guest speakers Support event logistics and relationship follow‑up Relationship Management Track outreach efforts and partnership activity Maintain a database of referral partners and community contacts Monitor referral opportunities and identify areas for growth Provide regular updates on partnership activities and outcomes Qualifications Required Previous experience in business development, community outreach, partnership development, provider relations, account management, or relationship‑based sales Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable building relationships with healthcare professionals and business owners Strong organizational and follow‑through skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision Preferred Existing relationships within the local healthcare or parenting community Experience coordinating events, workshops, or community programs Familiarity with pregnancy, postpartum, infant, or family‑focused services Ideal Backgrounds Physician Liaison Provider Relations Healthcare Business Development Medical Practice Outreach Community Relations Hospital Outreach Women’s Health Maternal Health Birth Doula Lactation Consultant Pelvic Floor Therapy Fitness or Wellness Partnerships Chamber of Commerce or Community Networking Organizations What Success Looks Like Build meaningful referral relationships within the community Increase awareness of New Mom School among healthcare providers and local partners Create opportunities for collaboration and education Help strengthen New Mom School’s reputation as a trusted resource for expecting and new mothers Serve as a connector between New Mom School and the broader parenting community Compensation Hourly compensation Flexible part‑time schedule Meaningful work supporting mothers and families Opportunity to make a measurable impact within the local community Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr New-Mom-School
