Responsibilities

Purpose: The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and maintain operations to ensure production, safety,
quality and workflow efficiencies are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Directs, plans and coordinates activities relative to production, establishes priorities of product and workflow.
* Oversees the selection of maintenance of equipment and determination of required resources.
* Monitors production processes, adjusts or revises production schedules and priorities to accommodate
business needs.
* Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
* Collaborates with other managers and leads to coordinate activities in and among departments.
* Collects, evaluates, analyzes, and assesses production data.
* Regularly inspects and evaluates products for quality and defects.
* Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills.
* Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best
practices including those related to safety and health.
* Ensure adequate scheduling of staff
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Leadership Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate team members through effective coaching & feedback.
* Take charge & ownership of role - showing strong leadership and team development
* Provide clear communication in terms of safety, productivity goals & targets
* Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
* Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or potential issues that could impact
production.
* Act as liaison between employees and managers

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:

* Manufacturing Experience a must
* Minimum of 7 years' experience within a Leadership role
* A true Maverick & change agent driving a culture focused on teamwork and production efficiencies.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
* Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
* Thorough understanding of safety and health laws, regulations, and policies.
* Thorough understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and other
effective manufacturing and distribution techniques.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education:

* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Manufacturing Management or Equivalent Education and
Experience within Field.
