Job Summary:
We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk for one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately recording invoices in QuickBooks and performing basic data entry tasks. No prior experience is required, training will be provided .
- Enter and update invoice data into QuickBooks.
- Verify accuracy of information before submission.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Training provided.
- Opportunity to gain experience in accounting software.
