Office Assistant – Data Entry & Customer Service

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: Starting at $15.05+ per hour
Schedule: Day shift between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (35+ hours available)

Position Overview
Natural Foods Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role focuses on data entry, order processing, customer service, and general clerical duties to ensure orders are handled accurately and customers receive timely support.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Process billing and order entry accurately in company software.
• Order Processing: Arrange and organize pick tickets for the warehouse fulfillment team.
• Customer Service: Answer phone calls and assist customers with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
• Order Support: Communicate with customers regarding open or current orders.
• Office Administration: Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
• Navigate the company website and internal software systems.
• Assist with additional office support tasks as assigned.
