Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functionality. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy supporting team members, and are looking to grow within a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
* Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation.
* Assist with data entry and updating internal databases.
* Prepare basic reports, correspondence, and office documents.
* Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
* Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and organization in all records.
* Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
* Strong attention to detail and reliability.
* Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
