Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to respiratory care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to plan and adjust patient treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions and progress accurately in the medical record.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of respiratory equipment.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory management and treatments.
• Follow hospital protocols, including working weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty.
• Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Current GA RRT License and NBRC RRT Certification.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to provide 2 professional references.
• Willingness to work various shifts and weekends.
