As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in person and by phone Process loan applications and payments Answer questions about accounts and loan options Work with customers to find solutions if they become past due Maintain accurate customer records Work with your team to meet branch goals What We’re Looking For Strong people and communication skills Dependable and organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Customer service or retail experience preferred Why Work at Kinsmith Monthly performance bonuses up to $1300 Paid training Paid time off Opportunities for promotion Many of our managers started as Customer Service Representatives. Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals . Basic Computer Proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Summary Monthly Bonus Incentives All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance. Offices should expect to earn a minimum of $500 per month in bonus incentives.
