Vice President - AMRS Futures Electronic Trading (Sales Trader)

Vice President – AMRS Futures Electronic Trading (Sales Trader), New York This senior electronic sales trading role focuses on helping clients trade global futures. The incumbent will primarily cover about 40 accounts, handling orders, proactively supporting trading activity, and managing relationships. The role involves acting as the key day‑to‑day client contact, building and maintaining senior‑level trader relationships, partnering with futures product, quant, and data teams to translate client feedback into algorithmic offerings, and driving client engagement through performance analysis and market‑structure expertise. Responsibilities Primary coverage for ~40 accounts, including order handling and proactive coverage. Serve as key day‑to‑day client contact and maintain senior‑level trader relationships. Partner with futures product, quant, and data teams to translate client feedback into enhancements to the algorithmic offering. Drive client engagement through performance analysis, market‑structure expertise, and tailored discussions to grow the electronic franchise. Develop and own top‑tier client relationships; identify and close coverage gaps. Help clients optimize execution outcomes (liquidity access, market impact, performance). Monitor and support live trading activity; provide proactive insights and problem‑solving. Represent the full franchise by partnering across Equities and FICC trading teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of relevant futures electronic trading experience. Strong relationship‑building skills with Trading, Quantitative, and Technology teams. Risk controls experience. Quantitative & Systematic Trading knowledge. Support Trade Monitoring & Surveillance. Market Microstructure knowledge. Data Analysis & Trend Analysis. Client & Account Management. Execution Consultancy & Performance Attribution. Change Management & Cross‑Functional Coordination. Regulatory Compliance & Control Frameworks; Policies, Procedures, and Governance. Work Details Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 Location: NY – New York – ONE BRYANT PARK – BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100) Compensation and Benefits Annualized salary range: $150,000 – $225,000, determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
