ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in December 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in financial services. My background in both insurance and financial services helped prepare me to build an agency focused on growth, customer service, and long-term success.

I graduated from Louisiana State University in 2019. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, tennis, hunting, traveling, sports, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. I believe in maintaining an active lifestyle and bringing that same energy and enthusiasm into the workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Neill Christian - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
