CNC Operator

Seeking a detail-oriented, safety-minded CNC Router Operator to join our production and manufacturing team. Responsibilities

• Material Preparation & Processing: Accurately measure raw materials (including wood, foam, and printed plastics) prior to fabrication. (Note: We do not process metals).

• Machine Operation: Monitor operate a MultiCam 2-axis CNC router table to meet rigorous daily production quotas.

• Material Handling: Safely load and unload large, awkward, or flexible sheets of raw material (ranging from $4' \times 8'$ to $5' \times 10'$) onto the CNC bed.

• Quality & Precision Control: Read and interpret basic shop drawings and written blueprints to ensure parts are cut precisely to layout specifications.

• Shop Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace free of debris. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, at all times while in the shop.

• Productivity & Collaboration: Keep accurate timelines, manage materials efficiently, and perform other tasks assigned by shop leadership to support overall production goals.

The essential functions of this role include:
