Job Store Staffing *is hiring immediately for an ***Industry Maintenance Technician **in the Broomfield area! This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in the manufacturing industry.

Pay/Hours:
- $34–$38/hour
- Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays, may be required at times
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Assist with installation and building of new production equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics
- Perform electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, millwright, and pipefitting work
- Assist with equipment improvement and maintenance projects
- Weld parts as needed for equipment repairs
- Work with engineers and technicians on new production equipment
- Create and update maintenance procedures and PM checklists
- Help identify the root cause of equipment issues and recommend solutions to prevent future breakdowns
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of practical maintenance experience OR technical trade school plus 4 years of practical experience
- Strong preference for industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Positive attitude and interest in building a long-term career
