Job Description Job Title: Invoice Processing Specialist (CollateralAnalyst) Location: Glendale, AZ (Onsite, 17505 N 79th Ave) Job Type: Full time Pay: $42,000 to $45,000 per year, plus quarterlyperformance bonus eligibility Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite in Glendale.Start time is 6:00 AM in summer months and 7:00 AM the rest of the year toalign with carrier funding cycles. About the Role OperFi is hiring a Collateral Analyst to process invoicepackages prior to funding. This is a production focused role responsible fordocument review, verification steps, accurate entry, and clean uploads. Youwill process a high daily volume of invoice packages on a same-day fundingtimeline. Speed and accuracy both matter. What You Will Do Processa high volume of invoice packages quickly and accurately based on definedrequirements Reviewdocuments for completeness and match invoice details to required paperwork Performverification steps and flag irregularities or missing information Communicatewith debtors and clients by phone and email to confirm invoice details,resolve discrepancies, and obtain missing documents Uploadand index invoices and supporting documents accurately for clean audittrails Identifyexceptions that block funding and route them to the appropriate internalowner Maintainclear internal notes and follow SOPs consistently Escalatesuspected fraud or risk concerns immediately What We Are Looking For 2+years in invoice processing, billing, AR, transportation admin, or backoffice operations Strongattention to detail. This role catches errors before money moves. Mistakeshave real downstream cost.
