Senior EH&S Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security operations, access control, surveillance, and key management for site facility
• Develop and maintain emergency response team program including training, qualifications, and readiness assessments
• Conduct incident investigations and ensure remedial actions progress appropriately
• Prepare and deliver EH&S orientation and specialized safety training to staff and contractors
• Conduct regulatory inspections support, maintain safety equipment supplies, and support employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in EHS or related regulated industry
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent post-secondary diploma
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NRC, and DOT regulatory requirements
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop corrective actions
• Current standard first aid certification
• Eligible for Occupational Health and Safety or Modern Safety Management Certification

Compensation: $115,260–$149,160 base
