VP of Customer Operations & Automation

Atomic is seeking a VP of Customer Operations to own the post-sale lifecycle, including implementation, support, and operational performance. You will consolidate multiple teams into a single accountable function across customer pods and drive automation and ownership.
In this role, you will lead onboarding from contract to production launch, manage customer escalations with engineering, and establish health metrics to spot problems early.
