Off Square Brewing, a privately owned brewery with a full-service restaurant and seasonal outdoor patio, is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our small but mighty team. What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at Off Square Brewing, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and quality standards.
Ensuring food is presented beautifully and consistently for every dish.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
Assisting in food prep and kitchen organization as needed.
Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep our kitchen safe and efficient.
Collaborating with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for great food. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar role.
A solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
