Inpatient Physical Therapist II Lead Rehab & Discharge

University Medical Center

University Medical Center, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist II (Inpatient) to evaluate and treat patients referred to the facility.

You will develop and implement a treatment plan, deliver therapy, and participate in comprehensive discharge planning within a collaborative team. Requirements include licensure in Kentucky or eligibility, BLS certification, and a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy is preferred.
