Manager of Respiratory Care – Overview The Manager of Respiratory Care assists in providing continuity of operational management and patient care management of respiratory care. The Manager is a Registered Respiratory Therapist who has a comprehensive understanding and competent skill level in patient care principles and evaluation of work performance to assure effective behavior in this leadership role. They demonstrate comprehensive understanding of contemporary respiratory principles as related to specific units/services. Required Qualifications Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner license. National Provider BLS certification – American Heart Association. 3 years Experience as a Respiratory Therapist. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care, Health Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration).
