Manager Respiratory Care

Job Overview The Manager of Respiratory Care assists in providing continuity of operational management and patient care management of respiratory care. The Manager is a Registered Respiratory Therapist who has a comprehensive understanding and competent skill level in patient care principles and evaluation of work performance in order to assure effective behavior in this leadership role. They demonstrate contemporary respiratory principles as related to specific units/services. Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for the Respiratory Care unit ensuring high quality patient care and operational effectiveness. Evaluate work performance and enforce standards across the team. Required Qualifications Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. 3 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care, Health Administration, or related field. Master's Degree in related field (e.g., Business Administration). Managerial experience in Respiratory Care.
