Location: Sparta, NJ

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office

Base Salary: $50k - $60k

We specialize in Accounting & Finance recruiting and partner with companies ranging from growing startups to large publicly traded organizations. Our team is relationship-driven, entrepreneurial, and focused on delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates.

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting and business development team while helping keep our day-to-day operations organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients and internal team members
• Enter new job openings and maintain accurate information within our recruiting system
• Provide calendar and email support related to interviews, candidate communication, client meetings, and follow-ups
• Assist recruiters with candidate tracking and maintaining recruiting pipelines
• Support job postings and other recruiting-related administrative tasks
• Assist with various business development projects, including prospect research, CRM updates, market research, and outreach preparation
• Help research companies, hiring managers, candidates, and potential new clients
• Support recruiting projects including candidate sourcing, outreach, and market mapping
• Support special recruiting, marketing, and operational projects as needed
• Work closely with the Managing Partners and recruiting team to help improve processes and keep searches moving forward

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and technology
• Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for direction
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally has prior exposure to a corporate environment through internships, co-ops, or full-time professional experience
• Comfortable working with email, calendars, Microsoft Office, CRM/ATS systems, and other online tools
• Interest in recruiting, sales, business development, or professional services
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in taking on additional responsibility as the role grows

Compensation & Earning Potential

In addition to base compensation, this role will include performance-based bonuses tied to recruiting and business development activity and results.

As the individual becomes more involved in candidate recruiting, placements, and new business development, there will be opportunities to earn additional compensation through an uncapped incentive structure. For someone who is ambitious and wants to take on more responsibility, the earning potential can grow significantly beyond the base salary.

Growth Opportunity

This role is an opportunity to learn the recruiting industry from the ground up while working directly with the leadership of a growing recruiting firm. The initial focus will be recruiting coordination, operational support, and special projects, but the person will have exposure to the entire recruiting and business development process.
