Renewal Specialist 1The Renewal Specialist 1 supports the company's sales goals through professional sales techniques and good customer service, maintains quality relations with existing accounts, and provides sales and marketing coverage by performing the following duties.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses.Builds and maintains quality relations with existing assigned accounts, and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.Contacts customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company.Reevaluates work on an ongoing basis to increase market share.Creates customized proposals to meet specific customer requirements in an efficient manner.Stays abreast of market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies through available resources.Utilizes company leads to expand current customer base and follows up all leads promptly.Maintains updated, organized files on all accounts in assigned territory.Provides information and/or follow up on customer as requested.Other DutiesPerform all other duties, as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience0-2 years of sales or customer service experienceKnowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs): Ability to learn Red Hat technologies and develop technology acumenExperience working with MS Office applications, including Word & ExcelAbility to multi-task and self-manage prioritiesAbility to make and coordinate sales calls with potential customersAbility to find, develop, and close businessStrong time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in work productAbility to develop and manage positive customer relationshipsExcellent oral and written communication skillsThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The actual annualized salary offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.USD $54,000-$63,000 base. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation. Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
