Job Summary

Seeking motivated Warehouse Order Selectors to support outbound warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include order picking, pallet staging, loading trailers, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining productivity and safety standards across dry, cooler, and freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders using voice-picking technology
• Build and palletize orders accurately and efficiently
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas
• Load merchandise onto outbound trailers
• Replenish pick slots from reserve inventory as needed
• Apply and verify product labels using warehouse labeling systems
• Stretch-wrap pallets for shipment
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties
• Conduct pre- and post-use equipment inspections
• Follow all safety, quality, and inventory control procedures

Required Skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math and arithmetic skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly
• Ability to work at a consistent pace in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays when required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 03 years of warehouse or material handling experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with order selecting or warehouse distribution operations
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or cherry pickers
• Familiarity with voice-picking systems and inventory control procedures

Work Environment

• Standing, walking, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift
• Temperature-controlled warehouse environments including cooler and freezer areas
• Mandatory overtime when operational needs require completion of daily workload before shift end
