Order Selector - 2nd Shift

Job Type Full‑time Responsibilities Accurately replenish product or fulfill customer orders by selecting, moving, and loading products (e.g., bags of dog/cat food, cases of cans, litter) from warehouse racks onto pallets both manually and operating warehouse equipment. Assigned to the walk‑in freezer – must be able to work at or below –5°F for long periods while wearing required personal protective equipment. Bend, lift, and move materials up to 50 lb. repetitively and continuously throughout the shift, manually and by operating warehouse equipment. Build pallets accurately, properly, and efficiently to ensure product is not damaged on delivery. Perform assigned functions, accountabilities, and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Qualifications Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, high‑reach truck) – preferred. Reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance, and a positive, professional attitude. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. High dexterity and skill in safe operation and control of warehouse equipment. Electric pallet jack certification is a plus. Experience with Infor WMS is a plus. Compensation Starting pay: $18 per hour. Guaranteed pay increases after 6 months and again after 1 year of service. Additional earning opportunities based on length of service.
