Our client, a leader in electrical and control systems, is seeking a Wiring Technician to join their team. As a Wiring Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support department supporting the production and installation teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Wiring Technician
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Pay Range: $20.00/hourly
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift
What's the Job?
- Wire control panels according to blueprints and wiring schematics
- Run new wires through power units and install switches and control panels
- Use diagnostic equipment to ensure systems are safe and fully functional
- Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics accurately
- Follow instructions from on-site supervisors to complete wiring tasks efficiently
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in wiring or related fields
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safe wiring practices
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
