Account Executive
RLS is a nationally recognized 3PL cold chain solutions provider offering warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment services to the frozen and refrigerated food industry. Founded in 1968, RLS is a family-owned company experiencing rapid growth and looking for energetic, driven individuals to join our team.

As an Account Executive, you'll be equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. This role focuses on driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts while working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Generate leads using prospecting tools and outreach strategies
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet performance goals
Identify and maximize the potential of assigned accounts
Engage prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Represent RLS at trade shows and industry conferences

Position Details
Reports to: Operations Manager, Freight Brokerage
Direct Reports: None
Job Type: Full-time ??????? Although these are the estimated range of daily hours for this shift, it is important to note that there is NO DEFINED END TIME for this role. We end the day when the work is completed.
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Compensation: Base + commission
Work Location: In person
Work Environment: Office setting; fast-paced, challenging, and supportive
