Labor & Delivery RN – Days & Nights | Lancaster, CA

Experienced Labor & Delivery RNs needed for Day and Night Shift travel assignments in Lancaster, CA!

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP – approximately 2 weeks from offer
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 x 12s or 4 x 12s
• Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week
• Must be willing to float to OR as needed
• Weekends and holidays required based on facility needs
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer

Requirements

• Active California RN License
• BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN
• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience
• Minimum 1 year of travel RN experience
• Experience caring for low- to high-risk obstetrical patients
• Fetal monitoring experience
• Right to Represent required with submission
• Firm compliance deadline is the Tuesday prior to Monday start date

L&D Overview

• Antepartum, intrapartum & postpartum care
• L&D triage and patient admissions/discharges
• Fetal monitoring and interpretation
• Newborn care at delivery
• Pre-op, intra-op & post-op obstetrical care
• Patient and family education throughout the labor and delivery process

Travel Pay – 36 Hours

Estimated Gross Weekly: $2,477

• Regular Pay: $20/hr x 24 hours = $480
• Overtime: $30/hr x 12 hours = $360
• Total Taxable: $840/week
• Weekly Stipend: $1,637
• Estimated Gross Weekly: $2,477
