Sports Performance Specialist - Sports Medicine

Overview:Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.Schedule:Monday to Friday1 PM to 7 PM with some variance per business needsPosition is based at Delaware Hayes High School (289 Euclid Avenue, Delaware, OH 43015)Job Description Summary:Develops, implements, and monitors sports performance services on behalf of Nationwide Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine. Assists in management of sports performance facilities, participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of department goals related to sports performance services, and ensures compliance with Joint Commission and external regulatory bodies.
