Sr. Project Manager
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Communicate project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and practices.
