Estimating and Sales Coordinator

Ferrosource Fabricators is a rapidly growing rebar fabrication and reinforcing steel supplier operating from our Essington, Pennsylvania facility, just outside Philadelphia. We provide fabricated reinforcing steel, fully assembled rebar cages, cut-to-length material, and related reinforcing products to contractors and construction projects throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Role Description Ferrosource Fabricators is seeking a full-time Estimating & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Essington, PA. This position will work directly with our sales and estimating teams and play an important role in managing opportunities from the initial bid request through proposal, follow-up, award, and project turnover. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating directly with customers, and able to manage multiple active opportunities and deadlines at once. This position will serve as a key connection between our customers, sales team, estimating department, and operations. Responsibilities Receive, organize, and track incoming bid invitations, RFQs, drawings, specifications, and project information Coordinate with the estimating team to prioritize projects and maintain bid deadlines Prepare, format, and issue professional quotations and proposals Maintain and manage our pipeline of open estimates, submitted proposals, follow-ups, and awarded projects Follow up directly with customers on outstanding proposals, project status, pricing, and upcoming opportunities Assist the sales team with developing and maintaining customer relationships Communicate with customers to obtain missing drawings, specifications, schedules, and other information required for estimating Assist with proposal revisions, scope changes, and pricing updates Help identify and pursue new bidding opportunities and potential customers Coordinate awarded projects with internal teams for contract review and project turnover Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity information within company systems Provide ongoing support to the sales and estimating teams as the company continues to expand Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable communicating directly with contractors, estimators, project managers, purchasing departments, and customers Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to quickly learn estimating, CRM, ERP, and construction-related software Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to take ownership of responsibilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business Previous experience in construction, estimating, sales coordination, inside sales, rebar, reinforcing steel, structural steel, or building materials is preferred Experience reading construction drawings and specifications or working with construction bidding processes is a strong plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Benefits available Full-time position with a growing company Opportunity for advancement as our sales and fabrication operations continue to expand Direct exposure to major construction projects throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the position, grow with the company, and become a key part of the continued expansion of Ferrosource Fabricators #J-18808-Ljbffr FERROSOURCE
