Freight Brokerage Strategic Account Manager
Ryder System
Ryder System is seeking a Freight Brokerage Strategic Account Manager to lead growth and service for key transportation clients. In this role, you will manage high-value shipper accounts, analyze freight spend, and design multi-mode brokerage solutions that improve cost, service, and capacity. Partner with operations, pricing, and carrier relations to execute bids, resolve service issues, and ensure on-time performance. You’ll develop QBRs, forecast volume, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate pipelines and KPIs. This position requires strong analytical skills, brokerage experience, and the ability to build senior-level customer relationships.
