The Operations Coordinator will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. If you're passionate about education and children, if you are detail-oriented and organized, and ready to advance your career, we'd love to hear from you!Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School: answering phones, greeting families, opening/closing school, inventory management, expense trackingAssist in classrooms, as neededCurriculum and Program Development: Assist in the implementation of our proprietary Wonder of Learning® program, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learningEvent Planning and Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with familiesHealth and Safety: Conduct regular quality assurance inspections, safety drills, maintain emergency preparedness and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environmentQualifications:Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood educationStrong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom managementExcellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsA genuine love for children and commitment to providing high-quality educationMust pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirementsWonder of Learning® is our exclusive education program designed to embrace how children learn best — through play and curiosity. Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
