Picture your day starting at a clean assembly bench in Milwaukee, WI. You open a kit, verify inventoried and fabricated components, and begin wiring and assembling an electrical enclosure that will ship to a customer who’s counting on your accuracy. You’ll partner with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Team Leads to keep builds moving, troubleshoot small snags, and support equipment installs when needed.

What you’ll do

• Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried and fabricated components for enclosure builds.
• Perform light fabrication: drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently to stage work and complete assemblies.
• Collaborate closely with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Team Leads.
• Support installation requirements for a range of electrical equipment.

What you’ll bring

• Attention to detail and the ability to learn to read blueprints and bills of materials.
• Curiosity and aptitude to learn our manufacturing processes end-to-end.
• Comfort with measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) and basic troubleshooting.
• Team orientation, clear communication, and a growth mindset.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and bend conduit.
• Must pass a written test on first day.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: $22/hour with a 30-day review that may increase pay to $24/hour.
• Per diem: $100 for each day worked.
• Shifts: Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift.
• Hours: Up to 60 hours per week; more possible with supervisor approval.
• Employment type: Long-term, year-round work.

Location

This role is based in Milwaukee, WI (not in the Chicago area).
