What you need to know about this position:

• Our Endoscopy department is a busy outpatient services team seeing approximately 30 patients per day using 4 endoscopy suites and 15 pre- / post-rooms.
• This position provides administrative and secretarial support to a Director, or key staff member (non-executive).
• Prepares correspondence and documents, coordinates meetings, maintains files and records, receives and directs visitors, gathers data, and prepares a variety of recurring and special reports.
• Handles or assists with administrative matters of a confidential nature, frequently involving sensitive internal and/or external contact, and performs other related duties as assigned.

• The base hourly rate for this position is $18.37. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• This full time/40 hours position will require you to work from 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required. Prefer an Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
