- Pay Rate: $25.00$26.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Mid-shift with varying start times as needed (2:00 PM 3:30 PM start); Evening (5x8 Hours), 14:0022:30

Job Summary
Patient Access Representatives are responsible for providing patients with a welcoming experience, while facilitating patient's access to care. The Patient Access Representative I (PAR I) performs a variety of Patient Access activities for patients throughout the Medical Center for Inpatient, Outpatient and/or Emergency Services. The Patient Access Representatives are cross trained to support roles and responsibilities throughout Patient Access, Scheduling, Pre-Registration, Financial Clearance, Referrals, Authorizations, Financial Counseling, Physician Billing and Patient Arrival & Registration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patients with a welcoming experience while facilitating patient access to care
- Perform a variety of Patient Access activities for patients throughout the Medical Center for Inpatient, Outpatient and/or Emergency Services
- Support cross-trained roles and responsibilities throughout Patient Access, Scheduling, Pre-Registration, Financial Clearance, Referrals, Authorizations, Financial Counseling, Physician Billing, and Patient Arrival & Registration
- Register approximately 125150 patients daily in a fast-paced environment
- Perform data-entry focused registration work within the lab area
Required Skills
- PC knowledge

Required Experience
- 12 years of registration experience
