Position Overview

Harrigan Solutions is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and communicative Bilingual Sanitation Team Lead to oversee our 1st-shift operations in Greenville, WI. This role is pivotal in balancing hands-on production sanitation leadership with critical administrative duties, including inventory control and meticulous documentation.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator capable of bridging language gaps on the floor, possesses advanced computer skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where cleanliness and safety are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Sanitation Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the 1st-shift sanitation team to ensure all production areas, machinery, and facilities meet strict cleanliness and safety compliance standards.
• Direct daily sanitation schedules, auditing completed work to ensure audit-ready cleanliness.
• Enforce proper chemical handling, dilution ratios, and safety protocols (PPE, Lockout/Tagout).

Inventory & Resource Management

• Monitor, track, and manage inventory levels for sanitation chemicals, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with procurement or management to reorder supplies timely, ensuring zero downtime due to supply shortages.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies within management systems.

Documentation & Technical Compliance

• Maintain precise, detailed logs of cleaning cycles, chemical concentrations, and master sanitation schedules (MSS).
• Utilize SAP to log maintenance requests, track inventory, and input operational data.
• Leverage MS Excel to build spreadsheets, track metrics, and generate regular performance and inventory reports for upper management.

Communication & Team Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of contact between shift crew members and management.
• Translate training materials, safety protocols, and daily goals to ensure clear alignment across a diverse team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Computer Expertise: Must possess advanced, excellent computer skills, specifically with hands-on experience using SAP and MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and tracking).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear instructions and generate professional reports.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a team lead, supervisor, or coordinator role within a manufacturing, production, or sanitation environment.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual Skills: Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred to effectively lead and communicate with our diverse team.
• Industry Expertise: Previous experience with Food Safety/Sanitation regulations (SQF, HACCP, FDA, or USDA standards) is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Comfortable working around industrial cleaning chemicals and in varying production environment temperatures.
