What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to patients on the telemetry unit, utilizing the nursing process
Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans
Monitor patient vital signs and medical equipment during 12-hour night shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring quality standards are met
Support patient education and address cultural, ethnic, and religious sensitivities
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies

What You Need

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a telemetry or acute care setting
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Ability to demonstrate good clinical judgment and adaptability
