Senior In-House Counsel: Hedge Fund Strategy & Compliance

Rutherford, a Boston-based hedge fund, is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering pragmatic legal guidance on investment, regulatory, transactional and corporate matters. You will work closely with investment professionals, advise on fund and securities matters, negotiate agreements, and help navigate complex regulatory environments.
