Your Role

As a Nurse Manager (LPN), you'll provide clinical leadership while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Services Department. Working closely with the Director of Nursing Services, you will:

  • Lead and support licensed nurses and nursing assistants
  • Assist with daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling
  • Monitor resident care, assessments, and changes in condition
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies
  • Conduct audits, monitor quality indicators, and participate in quality assurance initiatives
  • Provide coaching, education, and performance feedback to nursing team members
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and administrative duties
  • Provide direct resident care as needed
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment focused on exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

  • Active Ohio LPN license in good standing (Required)
  • 3–5 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop nursing staff
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and quality standards
  • Flexibility to assist with on-call responsibilities as needed
  • A genuine passion for serving older adults and leading compassionate care teams
