Vera Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for sales consultants to join our growing family! We are a family owned and operated dealership founded in South Florida. The Vera family began serving this community with the first Cuban restaurant in 1956 and then got into the car business in the mid '80s. We have been serving the South Florida community for over 60 years!

• Best pay plan around- $145,000 to $255,000
• Paid vacation up to 3 weeks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Professional appearance
• Live in the Dade/Broward county area
• Positive and friendly attitude

• Must live in Dade or Broward county

Our new hire pay plans provide salaried positions along with flexible schedules for a smoother transition during the first 3 to 6 months. This makes it financially comfortable for you and allows for patience and growth in a new industry. If you are experienced in car sales then you can choose our traditional pay plan. We give YOU the option to choose. We also provide paid training.
