About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, large organization operating in the building and construction industry. They specialize in delivering complex luxury renovation projects on condos, penthouses, brownstones, etc and are known for their commitment to excellence and innovation.
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks effectively.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
