As an eligibility clerk for our Accounting & Eligibility team, you will be responsible for:
- Review retiree applications, determine eligibility, and establish new retiree accounts in accordance with applicable Trust requirements and eligibility provisions
- Maintain retiree accounts by processing monthly updates, adjustments, balances, terminations, refunds, and other account changes
- Maintain accurate retiree data and prepare spreadsheets and reports
- Identify and resolve account discrepancies
