Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation and Privacy Associate to join its Employment & Labor practice group in San Francisco, California. The successful candidate will collaborate with partners and contribute significantly to the team, focusing on ADA and accommodations law, particularly website accessibility, and California privacy-related litigation. Duties Work on litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law. Collaborate with team members to provide strategic guidance on ADA compliance. Handle physical accessibility and California privacy-related litigation. Conduct legal research and writing. Support the team on employment & labor and litigation matters as needed. Requirements Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage a volume of matters and competing deadlines. Strong critical thinking and judgment skills. Education Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California and be in good standing. Certifications None specified. Skills At least one year of litigation experience required.
